Leumas Live is inventory, orders, pricing and shipping for people who sell trading cards — across eBay, TCGplayer, ManaPool and CardTrader at once. If you know sellers who are drowning in spreadsheets, our affiliate program pays you a share of what they pay us, for as long as they keep paying.
We are having the affiliate agreement reviewed by a lawyer before anyone else signs it, so the program is closed to new affiliates for the moment. Everything below is what the program looks like and is here so you can decide whether it is for you — but there is nothing to sign today.
If you already have a link, it still works and your clicks and signups are still being counted. Nothing you have earned is affected. If you would like us to tell you when it reopens, email leumascardcraze@outlook.com and we will let you know.
Your share is set by how many of your referred accounts paid a subscription in that month:

The count is worked out again each month, so your share can go up as well as down. It is calculated on the subscription price before sales tax. Only accounts that actually paid that month count — signups, trials and cancelled accounts do not.
The rate you reach applies to all of that month's revenue, not just the accounts past the step. Twenty-five paying accounts earns 20% of the whole month — not 10% on the first 24 and 20% on the twenty-fifth. That does mean the steps are cliffs: 24 accounts at 10% earns less than 25 at 20%. We would rather say so here than let you find it on a statement.
Leumas Live is free to use today, so there is no subscription revenue and nothing is being paid out yet. Your clicks and signups are counted from the day you join — none of it is lost.
Being straight with you about the risk: paid plans are what we intend to do, not something we can promise. They could be delayed or never happen, and until they do there is nothing to earn a share of. Please treat this as something you do alongside what you already post — not a reason to buy ads or turn down another program. If we end the program before paid plans launch, the accounts you referred stay credited to you for a year in case it starts back up.
When paid plans launch, every account you referred that is still active and paying counts toward your rate that month. Your share reaches you as a credit against your own Leumas Live subscription first — and if you have earned more than your subscription costs, your subscription is covered in full and the rest is paid out to you.
Once a month ends we close it, which freezes that month’s figures into a statement. Closed statements are paid on NET 60 terms — within 60 days of the close. That gap is deliberate: it is long enough for the subscription payments behind your commission to clear, and for any refund or chargeback to settle, before the money goes out.
Your dashboard shows your clicks, your signups, how many of your accounts paid in each month, your current rate and what you have earned. It does not show who those accounts are. The people you refer are running their own businesses, and their information is not ours to share.
The full agreement is shown in the app before you join, and you can print or save a copy of exactly the version you signed. Read sections 13 to 16 in particular — those are the ones that change your legal rights, and they are summarised above rather than hidden.
